Cooliris

Finally... as you can see in the sidebar (look to the left) I've set up some of my photographs in the Cooliris viewer. Using the Cooliris 3-D 'wall' allows you to quickly scroll through lots of pictures, or see a slideshow, or search video. I highly recommend you download it and check it out!

Full disclosure, my good friend Marc works handles their distribution and strategic partnerships (fancy way of saying he works hard), so I want to see them do well. That said, I only recommend technology that I think is worth your time.

I'll update the pictures on the 'wall' from time to time, so check back!

The guys had their respective 3yr and 1 yr doctors visit this
afternoon. The doctor was very gave a very good report on both of them.
Jacob is now 30lbs and is on the 30th percentile for both height and
weight. Theo is up to 25 lbs and on the 75th percentile for both
height and weight.
In other news, Theo likes food.

Jacob likes goats. I tried to post a recording of jacob telling a story about how his friend Xavier got knocked over by a goat at the farm last weekend, but due to technical difficulties, its not here... I haven't given up quite yet.

Trip to Bubbe/Shaina's house in RI

Last weekend we went to visit the family in Narragansett. Lots of fun down there. Theo, Jacob, and Daddy got up real early (so as not to wake up the rest of the house) and walked down to the beach. As you probably saw in a previous post, we watched a tractor 'comb the (desert) beach'. Jacob loved it... Theo really didn't care, he was just happy to be near Jacob.

We learned the finer points of a game called ladderball. Highly recommended! Fun for the whole family. Zaide put on quite a display, he had a good run, until Daddy found his groove and smoked all of the competition.

We spent plenty of quality time on the beach with ALL of the family... there were Milsteins and Gootzits as far as the eye could see, and even an occasional Sussman. Jacob and Theo's favorites were the cousins. Shaina, Molly, Hannah and Suzanne did such a great job of helping out with the little guys. Jacob and Theo are already looking forward to the trip down there next summer.
Note to Zaide... its not a mistake that there are no beach pix included here...

Bubbe day at the Park

Jacob and Theo went to the park with Daddy and Bubbe yesterday. It was a perfect afternoon, bright blue sky, 75 degrees and sunny. Jacob wore us out running up and down the hills and all around the playground playing 'chase me'.

Does anyone know why I found Jacob nude and smiling in his bed this morning... The 'jammies' were back in the jammie drawer and the wet diaper was in the hamper... any ideas? ANYONE?

Big Sister!!!

We are very happy to announce that we have a new neighbor... Jack Aaron Kaplan was born this morning. He and his mom are doing well... (Jack was elated to learn that he will share a birthday with Jacob and Theo's uncle Ross). As you can see in the picture, Olivia is very excited about her new baby brother.

Parks

There are a couple of great parks in our neighborhood. Daddy and the boys visited two of the best this weekend. Theo slept through most of his park trip yesterday, however Jacob made the most of his time. He was busy amazing kids of all ages with vocabulary and his climbing technique.
